We use Howard cutting board oil and conditioner to make these boards food safe. Ensure whatever product you use states “food safe”. While cleaning, feel free to use water to assist in rinsing your board, then wipe off the excess and air dry. Apply a coat of oil every few weeks to keep your product conditioned and make those colors pop!
